The Industrial Area of Sharjah accounts for 16% of the emirate’s GDP and serves commercial, industrial and manufacturing services. Located close to the Sharjah – Dubai border and near Al Qusais Industrial Area, the Industrial Area is also nearby waterfront attractions such as Al Majaz and Al Khan. There are 18 industrial zones in Industrial Area varying in size and location.

The development is packed with commercial properties such as warehouses, showrooms, shops, offices, labour camps, factories, open yards and industrial lands and it’s served by four major roads that offer an ideal connectivity: Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Al Wahda Street, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Road and Maliha Road.
